Easy Bake Parmesan Sole


4 sole fillet (4 (4ounce) fillets)
2 tbsp margarine , melted (trans free)
1/3 cup bread crumbs
     2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp paprika


Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Brush fillets with margarine. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan, and paprika.
 
Dip sole in bread crumbs and place in a shallow sprayed baking pan.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cooked through.

If coating appears dry, brush with a little melted margarine.

Makes 4 Servings

Tip: Don't Prefer Sole? Halibut can be used in this recipe.
